Old Sweet Shop
Listen to the old-fashioned player piano while enjoying all the sweet things of yesteryear. For years folks have enjoyed hand-dipped ice cream sodas, malts, cones, and banana splits. If you do not have a sweet tooth stop for soups, sandwiches, salads, daily specials, or even a chocolate covered peanut butter banana! Yum!
The Old Sweet Shop was built in 1905 as a Florist Shop. The upstairs of the building served as a Masonic Hall. The masons helped complete construction of the building. The building became an Ice Cream Parlor in 1970 and has remained one since.
