Come here for the “rest” of the story… Similar to the men long ago who came together to create the town of Jonesborough and the coming of the Railroad, about three years ago several local investors decided it was time for a peaceful place of rest in the historic town of Jonesborough. AmericInn Lodge and Suites was designed with great care to complement the historical ambiance of the town.

As you walk past the one-room school house next door, you just might see children dressed in period dress with their lunch pails, curtsy or bow before the teacher and proceed into the classroom for lessons taught similar to that of the 1800’s.
